Getting to the Core: How business analysts and enterprise architects join forces to speed up Hermes’ heartbeat

At Hermes Germany we have reshaped our IT into a cloud-based landscape consisting of loosely coupled, small scale business applications. This allows for a higher change throughput and has greatly accelerated our change speed. But the final step remains to be addressed: our logistic core system.
In this talk I focus on how business analysts and enterprise architects work together to rebuild this system into a set of lightweight applications, showing the used methods and techniques.
