Process Improvement Advisor at Vattenfall’s BU Offshore Wind
Biography
Felix joined Vattenfall’s Business Unit Offshore two years ago after working as consultant in the offshore wind industry. As a process improvement advisor, he is responsible for identifying and realizing opportunities and implementing new process management tools throughout wind farms’ lifecycles. These include large-scale construction projects and day-to-day operations and maintenance activities.
Felix holds a master’s degree in Management from ESCP Europe where he specialized in strategy, finance and organization (M.Sc.). Earlier, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from FH Nordakademie as a study-integrated trainee in the public transportation sector. Felix is a CBAP and member of IIBA.
