As a seasoned Business Analysis Team Lead at EPAM Canada, my career has been characterized by a steadfast progression towards leadership within the domain of business analysis, underscored by a robust foundation in technology and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With over a decade of experience that spans from hands-on technical roles at BlackBerry to strategic business analysis and management positions at EPAM, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in rapidly evolving environments.
My journey has been marked by significant achievements, including spearheading initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models to redefine business analysis processes, and demonstrating thought leadership in the industry through speaking engagements and proof-of-concept presentations. As the Unit Head for EPAM Canada’s Waterloo Office BA Group, I have led a dynamic team of 10-15 Business Analysts, emphasizing mentorship, professional development, and high standards of practice. My role has expanded into new domains such as Retail Media, Product Data Management, and Indigenous Customer Relations, showcasing my versatile skill set and strategic insight.
