A manager by education and leader by experience, he has led IT projects, programs, and portfolios, specializing in product and service delivery aligned with project management standards and Agile frameworks, including scaled methodologies. He focuses on designing delivery processes that prioritize customer value and continuous improvement, managing transformations with diverse stakeholders.
For over 15 years, Wojciech has passionately shared his knowledge, inspiring teams and leaders to embrace proactivity and best practices. As a trainer, coach, mentor, and speaker, he has authored multiple project management training programs, including the renowned “IT Project Management” postgraduate studies and workshops.
An active PMI Poland Chapter volunteer for over a decade and current Culture Team leader, his contributions include serving as a Branch Leader, mentoring across Chapters, verifying PMBOK translations, and serving on the International Congress Program Council.
Beyond work, Wojciech is a passionate cave diver.
