Gerald Adamik, PMP, is a Project Manager and Agile Enthusiast working in the ETRM area of Uniper, a global energy company. Gerald looks back to more than 2 decades of experience primarily in the role of a Business Analyst and a Project Manager in the financial and energy sector. In the rapidly developing environment of the energy market Gerald is leading an internationally distributed team ensuring the customization of the strategic trading system to be in line with the market requirements and the company’s strategy. In this role he applies a customized set of Agile practices to meet the evolving conditions of the internal customers.
