This time we are starting with the conference day on Thursday where we expect up to 200 participants. The keynotes will all take place in the large auditorium and are 45 min each including a Q&A session at the end. For the other presentations we divide the conference into three tracks according to the track themes, you can find them on the home page. Please explain in your application in which theme track your presentation should be and why, the themes can be found on the home page and in this Slide Deck.
If you want to speak, please consider that there are two formats. The second day, Friday, we have half-day workshops, 4 hours each with one break, starting either 9:00 or 14:00. The workshops should provide the participants with valuable take-aways, similar to what you usually can get when attending a training, but shorter, more compressed. A good example is to get introduced to a new best practice, like the SAFe framework or trained in a special Business Analysis discipline like Solution Evaluation. The workshops have usually between 10 and 30 participants, depending on the popularity of your topic. We have two or three workshops tracks running in parallel.
Is your topic valuable for the Business Analysis or Project Management communities? Does your presentation have a proper layout and story line? Does your presentation fit into one of the track themes?
Are you papers complete, i.e., including an abstract, your short bio, your role and your company? Please include former speaking events or publications.
