Dear BA Day 2026 attendee,
The recordings of the 7th European BA Day are now available on ba-day.com, in the session program. Below is everything you need to find them.
1. Make sure you can log in
The recordings are protected. To see them you need to be logged in to ba-day.com with the same email address you used when buying your ticket.
If you already have an account on ba-day.com
- Open https://ba-day.com/my-account/
- Sign in with your usual email and password.
- If you forgot your password, click Lost your password? and follow the e-mail link.
If you bought as a guest and never created an account
Most BA Day 2026 ticket buyers checked out as guests, so this is the normal case.
- Open https://ba-day.com/my-account/
- In the Register form, enter the exact same email address you used when you bought your ticket. (This is the address that received the order confirmation.)
- Choose a password and click Register.
- Done — you are signed in. Your past order is matched automatically by email.
⚠️ If you register with a different email than the one on your order, the system will not recognise you as an attendee. Please use the same email, or write to us (see section 4).
2. Open the program and pick a session
- Go to Agenda 2026 at https://ba-day.com/agenda2026/
- Open the session you want to re-watch.
- Under the session description you will see one of two things:
- ▶ Watch the recording — a blue link. Click it; the recording opens in a new tab on Zoom.
- 🔒 A ticket is required to watch this recording — you are either not signed in, or your ticket does not include access to this particular session. See section 3 below.
3. Why don’t I see a recording link on some sessions?
There are three reasons a session can show the lock icon instead of the recording link:
| Reason | What to do |
|---|---|
| You are not signed in. | Sign in at https://ba-day.com/my-account/, then re-open the agenda page. |
| You are signed in with a different email than the one on your ticket. | Sign out, then sign in with the email you used at checkout — or contact us (section 4). |
| Your ticket type does not include this session. | The main conference ticket gives access to main conference recordings; workshop tickets unlock their workshop recordings. If you believe this is wrong, contact us (section 4). |
4. Help
If you cannot log in, the system does not recognise your purchase, or anything else is unclear, write to support@ba-day.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout.
- Your order number (it starts with
INVBADAY…and is on your order confirmation email). - A short description of the problem.
We usually answer within one business day.
