Networking is terrible! Or at least it feels that way when we go about it by collecting contacts instead of finding real connection.
This talk highlights the value of being part of a community and how those relationships can build our skills, strengthen our confidence, and support us in our work and in ourselves. I’ll share stories and insights from our community that I’ve had which have left me a believer that finding your people builds a stronger, more confident, and more connected version of yourself as a business analysis professional.
