Berenice Koch, Business Analysis Manager at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is responsible for an international team of business analysts and user researcher. She is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with 20 years’ experience in Information Technology, working in Consultancy, Project Management, Customer Service, Training and Business Analysis. She is a regular speaker on international conferences about business change, business analysis management or workflow digitization, e.g. in finance. As part of her professional career she holds the Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Economics. In 2019 she launched the first Business Analysis Framework for Business Analysts at Freshfields based on the BABOK Guide.
