Dr. Jens M. Sorg

Jens is an enterprise transformation and change leader with broad international experience delivering AI-enabled, data-driven, and people-centric change projects and programs across Europe, Africa, and Asia. With about 20 years of experience, he has a proven track record in scaling projects, aligning business and IT operations, redesigning operating models, and delivering measurable results in complex, regulated environments.

In addition to his role as director and global change management lead at CGI, Jens is a Member of the Global Board of Directors of the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP®), and a member of the Advisory Board of GREEN Finance Consulting e.V., the student management consultancy of Goethe University/Frankfurt.
