Frank Pensel

Frank Pensel has a 20-year track record working on IT projects covering workflow management, customer relationship management and process engineering. Much of his experience was gained working for Hamburg-based consulting firm Mummert & Partner (aka Sopra Steria), with a strong involvement in mobile communications since the onset of that industry. Value Management and Realtime Decisioning have been recurring themes in his work as solution manager and consultant for the last 7 years. His focus is still on how technological change impacts the organization and its method and operation on the business side and how IT and demand side work together to overcome differences of perspective and understanding.

He is CEO and co-founder of Munich-based LionGate AG, where he is in charge of Sales, but also manages key projects and contributes to conferences.

He is a certified PMP and SCRUM Master and an executive member of M2M-Alliance e.V., an industry alliance for the Internet of Things.

He lives in Essen, Germany.
