Iryna Hurska

Iryna Hurska is a practicing Business Analyst, international speaker, and mentor.

Since 2016, she has worked on web and mobile products for the US, European, and Asian markets. Her experience spans FinTech, AR/AI, eLearning, eSports, Retail, and other domains. She is actively involved in presales activities, helping teams articulate the value of future solutions clearly and accurately.

Iryna is the author of “Business Analysis in IT – Is It Easy?” and the founder of the EasyBA educational initiative. She conducts Business Analysis audits and delivers corporate training for IT teams.

She designs and delivers educational programs for Business Analysts in Ukrainian and English, including hands-on workshops, corporate courses, and guest lectures at universities. She also provides individual consulting for analysts, with a focus on career strategy and analytical thinking.
