Iryna Kriuchkova

Iryna Kriuchkova is a senior Business Analysis professional and thought leader with more than 20 years of experience in IT business analysis and digital transformation initiatives across banking, corporate finance, healthcare, and insurance industries. Her work focuses on helping organizations bridge the gap between business needs and technology by building clear, value-oriented requirements and enabling effective collaboration between stakeholders and delivery teams.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in Business Analysis and Product organizations, including leading BA practices and an Innovation Hub. In these roles, she was responsible for developing competency frameworks, mentoring and training Business Analysts and Product Owners, and introducing Design Thinking and facilitation techniques to drive innovation and business value at scale.

She is CBAP, CSPO, and SAFe certified and holds a Microsoft AI Foundation certification. In recent years, her primary interest has been the application of AI in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on improving requirements quality, decision-making, and the evolving role of BAs in product-led and AI-driven organizations.
