My name is Iryna Sizikova. I have 18 years of experience in healthcare and software development, working both in Europe and the US and marketing medical products in over 120 countries.

I hold international certifications including PMP (Project Manager Professional) and PSPO II (Professional Scrum Product Owner), and I am currently pursuing CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.

My professional focus lies in developing and enhancing R&D processes, aligning them with industry standards, and scaling a unified approach to planning, design, and development across more than 40 Agile teams within the organization.
In my current role as the Chapter Lead of the Business Analysis and Documentation, I develop and promote strategies that simplify regulatory compliance and accelerate time to market for medical devices through effective business analysis.

I am an active member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and I contribute to the global BA community as a podcast guest, presenter, author of scientific publications, and BA Award judge. I am passionate about educating Business Analysts on medical software development, risk management, and regulatory compliance, and I enjoy sharing best practices and techniques worldwide.

A few personal facts: I speak four languages, like yoga, pickleball, and recently got my pilot license.
