Kim Nena Duggen

As an elected board member and consultant / trainer at oose, I take a holistic view of people, business and IT. This is why I am committed to overcoming silo thinking and establishing IT as the foundation for successful business. I also orientate my own thinking and acting holistically. Therefore, when designing efficient processes, I never look at the executing employees and the interfaces separately – to focus them in the totals is my strength. My knowledge as a soft skills trainer also benefits me in my daily work: asking the right questions, listening, mediating between parties and finding and implementing solutions together are my core competencies.

As a consultant and trainer, I focus on enterprise architecture, business process and change management, requirements engineering, soft skills and organizational development. As a trained systemic conflict moderator, I have no fear of getting in touch with situations that are stuck and out of which I can help.

In my spare time I like to travel to distant countries and read a lot about foreign cultures. In my private life I also appreciate the view on the big picture of things
