Embarking on the business analysis journey at SoftServe in 2015 as a business analyst, Kyrylo has led projects across healthcare, real estate, investments, and government platforms. He currently serves as the Business Analysis Office Director at SoftServe, overseeing the work of 400+ business analysts and focusing on fostering an excellent environment for BAs.

Kyrylo advocates for a learning culture by developing and conducting training sessions and workshops, aimed at elevating teams to new levels.
