Maha Albarrak

Maha Albarrak is a pioneering Business Analysis Lead and the first professional in the Middle East to earn all seven core certifications from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®), including CBAP™, CBDA, CCA, and AAC.

With experience spanning both government and private sectors, Maha has successfully led large-scale digital transformation initiatives across smart cities, education, and administrative systems. She is currently driving value as a Business Analysis Lead for nationally strategic platforms in Saudi Arabia.

Maha is an award-winning innovator with over 25 local and international honors in technology, innovation, and digital excellence—including top awards from Huawei, CODE, and global invention exhibitions.

A passionate advocate for knowledge sharing, she has delivered more than 30 training programs and speaking engagements in business analysis, innovation, and leadership. She currently serves as Chair of the Strategic and Supervisory Committee for the Business Analysis Community at the Business Analysis Association, where she leads strategic direction, governance, and national initiatives to elevate the maturity and impact of business analysis practices.
