Dr. Marcus Winteroll is a member of oose Innovative Informatik eG and works as a trainer and consultant with the analysis and improvement of business and development processes and the challenges of digitization.

He relies on agile methods; but he is also familiar with the classic approaches from his many years of experience as project manager, process manager, analyst, quality assurance engineer and developer. He reports his experiences as speaker at conferences and author of articles.
