Paweł Sidorowicz

Pawel Sidorowicz is a business systems analyst with over 10 years of experience in various projects across the pharma, life sciences, public sector, and banking industries. He has led multiple teams of analysts in projects and organizations and holds CPOA and CBAP certifications. Pawel is a mentor in the IIBA Poland Chapter mentoring program and has served as a mentor in three editions of Craftware Salesforce Academy. He provides training and mentorship to other BAs and BA leads based on his own learning paths.

Pawel firmly believes that every senior IT specialist has an obligation to share knowledge, experience, and support with other IT colleagues. He emphasizes the importance of being the kind of senior professional that one needed when starting out. He values honest conversation and feedback. Pawel lives outside Warsaw with his wife, two children, and a very energetic German Shepherd.
