Polina Peresada

Polina Peresada is the Lead Functional Analyst, managing a team of 10+ analysts in Deutsche Bank Technology Center.

Overall, she has 10++ years of IT experience, 8 of them is in the area of Banking. In her career, Polina took leading roles in Consulting, Quality Assurance, Project and Product Management.

Polina has been engaged in Agile transformation in Exigen services company and currently in Deutsche Bank. She is a certified Scrum Master.

Polina focuses on people management and leadership development. Also she participates in Analyst profession development driving graduate and internship initiatives.

Polina is an adjunct lecturer in Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University – she teaches senior students about Business and Functional analysis as a part of industry-based course.

She was a speaker at various industry events. She has a diploma in software engineering (St. Petersburg State University).
