Tamer Yeniay is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Management Consultant with over 23 years of experience at the intersection of corporate strategy and operational excellence. As a certified SAFe 6 Lean Portfolio Manager, he specializes in building project portfolios and PMOs from the ground up – covering everything from strategic alignment to moderating executive steering boards.

His professional career spans some of the most complex and highly regulated industries, including Automotive, Aviation, and Railway Infrastructure. Tamer combines deep methodological expertise in Requirements Engineering (CPRE) with extensive practical experience in managing large-scale projects during periods of crisis and driving the re-engineering of enterprise-wide processes.

As an expert and mentor, his mission is to empower Business Analysts to move beyond tactical requirements gathering and step into the strategic realm of Portfolio Management. He is convinced that BAs are the essential navigators needed to ensure that “Business Value” is not just a buzzword, but a measurable reality in an agile world.
