Natallia Makatovich is a Senior Business Analyst at EPAM with over six years of dedicated experience in the field. Based in Poland, Natallia began her IT journey in 2017 as a Quality Engineer, a background that provided her with a unique perspective on precision and product excellence when she transitioned to Business Analysis in 2019.

Throughout her career, Natallia has successfully contributed to 15 projects, navigating various stages of the software development lifecycle – from high-stakes Discovery phases to complex Implementation. Her expertise spans a wide range of domains, including E-commerce, Insurance, Education, and Real Estate, among others.
