As a Head of the Business Analysis Center of Excellence (BA CoE), I am an enthusiastic leader with over 9 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Product Ownership, and Project Management. My expertise spans the full Product Engineering lifecycle, from Pre-Sale and Discovery to the Product Release and Maintenance phases across diverse domains.

In my current role, I lead transformation initiatives within the BA CoE, focusing on attrition/retention, hiring, assessment, and promotion processes. This involves creating a BA competence matrix and refining interviewing frameworks. Also, I actively contribute to organizational initiatives, developing programs like a 3-month soft skills training program, a company-wide Playbook, a client self-management system, and more.

Beyond my role as a Business Analyst, I have hands-on experience as a Product Owner, practicing a Product-Centric Approach and fostering close collaboration with Product Managers and Product Designers. Also, as a Lead BA and PM, I have experience establishing Business Analysis Offices (BAO) and Project Management Office (PMO) from scratch.
